Information about University of Luxemburg:

Foundation: Founded in 2003 as the first and only public university of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg

Profile: The University is multilingual, international and strongly focused on research. Its students and researchers have chosen a modern institution with a personal atmosphere, close to European institutions, international companies and the financial place.

Number of students: Approx. 6200 students (3300 Bachelor, 1200 Master, 550 PhD, 1140 others) end of 2014. 

 

Student nationalities: A total of 107 different student nationalities; 44,3% from Luxembourg, 44,7% from other EU27 countries, 11% from Non-EU countries.

Enrolment fee: No tuition fees for foreign students; enrolment fee generally 400 euros in semester 1 and 2, 200 euros for all other semesters.
